Why SUP Yoga?

SUP Yoga combines the benefits of yoga and standup paddling, encouraging focus, balance, strength, and flexibility.

SUP Yoga provides opportunities for moving meditation, stress reduction, and perseverance in the face of challenge.  It promotes mindfulness of the present moment without judgement and letting go of the need for control.  SUP Yoga provides motivation to persist when confronted with thoughts of uncertainty or self-doubt - building self-compassion, self-confidence, adaptability and skills for stress reduction.

Consider for:

Children who struggle with tension, nervousness, worry, or stress

Children who struggle with perfectionism or fear of failure

Children who struggle with adjustment, adaptability, or transitions
