Have you ever fallen out with a close friend?

Noticed that death feels like unread messages?

Lost a career and been confronted with "what now"?

Have you talked about it at all? Or, maybe, too much?

Beyond Horizons was launched for you. Tailored to adults and rooted in physically and mentally challenging outdoor activities like rock climbing and snow sports, BH programs are run by professional outdoor and mental health guides. These programs create safe and supportive spaces for participants to find solace and gain new perspectives along their journeys through grief and loss.

Evidence-based programming in mindfulness and reflection will position you to cultivate community while exploring and processing the hardest of our experiences.

About the Founder: Greg Garrison

My own journey through trauma inspired me to launch Beyond Horizons. I know too well the crushing weight of grief. Getting myself outdoors provided me an outlet to engage with my emotions and memories.

In the skin track, I could breathe, process and reflect. In the flow of the mountain bike trail I could find clarity and emotional release. Low-cost access to Beyond Horizons' immersive program can bring these benefits to many more people coping with grief and in need of support.

If you would like to learn more about Beyond Horizons and The Courage Project, I would be delighted to share additional information and explore ways in which we can work together to support individuals  in their grieving journeys.

Thank you for your time, Greg
